Vicie A. Rolling
Storyteller, Poet, Educator, Performer
Teaching artist Vicie Rolling holds an MS in Health and Wellness. In over 38 years of teaching and performing she has crafted a unique set of skills. These skills brought to workshops; readings and one-woman shows make stories come alive!
Originally from New Jersey, Vicie lives in upstate New York. She has appeared regularly as a Motivational Speaker for regional and national conferences. She has performed her One-Woman Shows at various regional venues and at Fortune 500 companies as special events. She has done Storytelling for the children’s summer program at Corning Incorporated.
Workshops for adults and children include various topics; Aging, Memoir Writing, the Nature of and Need for Play,
the Underground Railroad, Performance Techniques and others.
She works on occasion for local school districts and the Department of Aging as an Educational Consultant.
Currently she’s working on a novel about the journey of a southern family from the early 1900’s through the mid 1940’s
Her two books currently in print are "SHADOWLANDS", Foothills Publishing , Springfed Chapbook Series ©March 2009 and
"ANCESTRAL SUPPLICATIONS", Foothills Publishing, ©2010
The latest venture is the release of a CD called "Arrival", Framing The Past Productions © December 2011
